I enjoy working with clients 15+ who are looking to engage in self-exploration as they navigate change and seek grounded self understanding.

I look forward to meeting you and helping to support your therapeutic journey. I believe change occurs through the development of a safe and secure therapeutic relationship where curiosity can take hold to identify the ideal aspects of self and build towards integrating understanding for the parts we would otherwise shy away from. Many of my clients experience the world in ways that do not align with dominant expectations, often carrying the quiet exhaustion of trying to adapt. I support individuals with complex or “in-between” identities—culturally, socially, professionally, or personally—drawing from her background in research and community organizing rooted in belonging, anti-racism, and identity-centered advocacy. Working with me includes focus on deepening self-understanding, navigating change with more clarity and steadiness, and building a life that feels authentic, aligned, and sustainable.
