Supporting high-functioning millennial men and women, I focus on helping individuals navigate complex challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. My clinical work addresses the impact of life transitions, depression, and relationship difficulties on daily life. Many people I work with struggle with overwhelming obsessive thoughts and a tendency to over-analyze experiences, which can hinder self-esteem and professional performance. I specialize in addressing the distress caused by intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, and people-pleasing behaviors while working to overcome pervasive self-doubt and overly critical internal dialogues.
