Many people seek therapy because they feel stuck, they need help recognizing and removing the road blocks so they can create more of the lives they want.
Many people seek therapy because they feel stuck, they need help recognizing and removing the road blocks so they can create the lives and relationships they want. I work collaboratively with my clients to do just that, to help them better understand themselves and their struggles so they are free to build the lives they want. I have worked in a broad range of mental health settings and have intensive postdoctoral training through the San Diego Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. In addition, I have also performed research on the process of parenting and currently teach in the doctoral program at California School of Professional Psychology-Alliant. One of the most important factors of a successful therapy is to find a therapist that is a good fit, that you feel comfortable with, and that you can trust. To that end, please feel free to give me a call and we can discuss your questions and concerns.
