(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
I meet my clients where they are and work as a team. In addition, I bring a high level of expertise and commitment to my therapeutic practice.
The development of a trusting relationship that promotes healing and growth is at the core of the work that I do. Life is a journey that is full of challenges and I am passionate about helping people with situational or chronic mental health needs as they face these challenges.I am a highly experienced clinical counselor dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. With a profound understanding of the diverse needs of clients, I employ a versatile approach, seamlessly weaving together a tapestry of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's unique circumstances. My commitment to personalized care ensures that every client receives the support they need to overcome challenges, heal, and thrive. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and components of the polyvagal theory. The mind-body connection is another important tool to increase optimal healing. I believe that the therapeutic alliance is the key to helping clients heal. Acceptance, meeting the client where they are, and partnering with the client are my goals. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
