Hi, I’m Elizabeth Weber and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In our work together, you will have the time and space to explore what brings you to therapy and we will both explore the path on how to move forward with whatever concerns or goals you may bring. I hope to “walk” along with you on your therapeutic journey towards healing, growth, and greater awareness about yourself. I enjoy working with adults, couples, millennials, college students, graduate students, and professionals. My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative, experiential approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Memory Reconsolidation, Parts Work (internal family systems + blended parts work modalities), Attachment Science, and the work of Brene Brown. I believe that therapy is a unique journey for each individual and I hope to "walk" with you on the journey towards new possibilities.
