Hi, I’m Elizabeth Weber and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Ever since I was a child I have been interested in “why humans do the things they do” and always had a hunch that human connection was part of the equation. My journey with psychology started early in high school, then I attended Texas A&M University for my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, and St. Edward's University for my Master of Arts Counseling. Through my education and experience, I have learned how connection and disconnection plays a instrumental part in healing, growth, and integration of mind, body, and relationships. I love the science and art of therapy. In our work together, you will have the time and space to explore what brings you to therapy and we will both explore the path on how to move forward with whatever concerns or goals you may bring. I hope to “walk” along with you on your therapeutic journey towards healing, growth, and greater awareness about yourself. I enjoy working with adults, couples, millennials, college students, graduate students, and young professionals. My therapeutic approach values a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. My approach is most influenced by: Interpersonal Neurobiology & Attachment Theory, the work from the "Daring Way" by Brene Brown, Gottman method, and Family Systems.
