Elizabeth Tampe

Liz Tampe, LCSW has been working in the mental health field since 2009 practicing in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, hospitals, and primary care settings. Her work as a psychotherapist helping individuals and families is very satisfying. She enjoys helping others through challenging times. Liz Tampe is also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and has years of experience working with adjustment disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, substance use disorders, perfectionism and people pleasing. She has a special interest in helping those who are "stuck" in certain mindsets such as being a "nice" guy or girl. If you are feeling unappreciated, disconnected, discouraged, worry about what others think of you, or are not convinced anyone truly understands how you feel, Liz would like to help. If you are paralyzed with self-doubt and scared to take risks or make commitments or are unsure life is worth living, Liz can offer support and help you realize the joy of living again.
