You can find relief, reclaim your sense of self, and step into a life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and fulfilling.

As a therapist and a fellow individual who is quite familiar with the majestic peaks and the harsh valleys of our human experience, I understand the importance of holding a secure, safe, and abundantly compassionate space filled with warmth and thoughtful considerations of your challenges as you enter the therapeutic space with me. Additionally, I recognize the importance of my showing up in our shared space as an authentic person – and I can guarantee that the cold clinical encounters of the typical therapy experience does not exist in my corner of the world. I’m on your side, very much like a friend, but with the perspective that only a therapist can offer. You will also find that I’m light-hearted and don’t take myself too seriously. Oh, and I curse in my therapy sessions. :) I have substantial experience working with post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, panic, emotional and physical abuse, childhood/complex trauma, domestic violence, sexuality, and gender-identity concerns as well as healing from narcissistic/toxic relationship dynamics and establishing boundaries. In addition, I am experienced working with individuals in alternative lifestyles.
