Elizabeth (Soko) Sokolowski

Hello, my name is Soko! I have 11 years of experience providing therapy services to undergrad and grad students, including 3 years working at university counseling centers. I specialize in treating trauma (e.g., childhood, religious, generational) and working with the queer, neurodivergent, and chronic health communities. I approach therapy through the lens of Humanistic and Cognitive theories. I help clients through validation, empathy processing belief systems, teaching skills to increase emotion regulation, and processing past traumas. I can provide assessment and letters of support for gender-affirming medical care. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome at my practice!
