Individual psychotherapy for adults

My approach to therapy is experiential and relational. Being truly seen, heard, and understood in the context of a safe, collaborative therapy relationship has the power to transform emotional suffering into flourishing. I am certified in AEDP, an approach to trauma therapy that incorporates the body/nervous system into the healing process and harnesses our innate capacity to thrive. I help clients develop self-compassion, more satisfying relationships, and improved functioning. I am certified to incorporate Attachment-Focused EMDR into trauma therapy as appropriate and desired.
