Collaborative care to support your healing and growth.

I came to the field of mental health through a deep curiosity about people and the immense beauty and suffering that life entails. I have been a therapist since 2012. In addition to general therapy, I specialize in supporting college students, people in significant life transitions, people who have experienced trauma, people exploring their identity, and people wanting to develop more self-compassion in all life stages. Clients describe me as gentle, real, strategic, and having a joyful presence. I have had the honor to support clients with a wide range of identities. I have significant experience working with LGBTQIA+ young adults and adults, including support of trans/nonbinary/gender expansive individuals. I also have experience working with International students, 1st generation and 1.5 generation Americans, BIPOC, and 1st Generation college students. As a white, cishet provider, I am attentive to the impact I have on others, as well as the experiences of marginalization many experience in the context of health care. I am actively and regularly engaged in my own on-going professional and personal work to understand and dismantle white supremacy and other biases.
