Elizabeth (Beth) Sayles
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, where clients are empowered to discover their innate resilience and ability for growth
I (she/her/hers) am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, parents, adoptees, and families through life's challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I have worked across diverse settings, including providing assistance to families dealing with custodial issues, foster care, hospitals and medical issues, outpatient psychotherapy, and more. I believe in a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy, where clients are empowered to discover their innate resilience and potential for growth. Grounded in empathy and cultural sensitivity, my therapeutic style integrates evidence-based therapies and interventions to address a wide range of issues, from relational conflicts and grief to issues of infertility, parenting after loss, and adoption, I enjoy working with individuals and families going through various life transitions. I look forward to working with people looking to make a change or simply wanting support navigating the challenges of modern life.
