Elizabeth (Beth) Ostby
Counselor, Pre-Licensed Professional
I would be honored to walk with you as you explore the challenges of life.
Working in the field since 2015, I have worked with individuals and couples dealing with a variety of concerns including life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues and loss/grief of all kinds. I frequently draw from cognitive behavior and Adlerian theories, and can include faith in the process from a Christian lens as you feel it fits. If you are looking for a place to unpack what you have been holding on to, a place to receive grace and care in a non-judgmental way, a place to explore and heal and transform in a trusted relationship with another human, I may be a good fit for you.
