Elizabeth (Liz) Nolan

Hi! I'm Liz and I work with individuals and families who are looking for support around LGBTQIA+ issues, eating disorder recovery, body image, trauma, and ADHD, and Autism. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming diagnostic assessments for folks who are pursuing an ADHD or Autism diagnosis. I myself am queer, neurodivergent, and non-binary, and am passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach can be described as relational; I to use humor and appropriate self-disclosure to normalize the struggle of the human experience and help you feel less alone. I prioritize establishing a genuine connection with clients and creating a space where you feel comfortable and seen.
