I have been practicing as a psychologist for more than 20 years and have treated clients from very diverse backgrounds and with problems ranging from severe mental illness to more typical concerns such as being newly single. I use evidence-based treatment approaches but also add a dash of creativity when those fall short. A rewarding life is not just about overcoming problems but finding joy as well.
