I use a variety of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure/Response Prevention (E/RP), and Behavioral Activation. I have 10+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to teens and adults in multiple settings. I work with people who are seeking help for a variety of reasons such as anxiety, stress, OCD, life transitions, gender-affirming care, or relationship concerns. I use a strengths-based approach and collaborate with you to develop a plan to help you move toward your goals.
