I provide relationship-based and insight-oriented psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship stress. I look forward to hearing from you.

I support adults of all ages navigating panic, anxiety, depression, and family or relationship stress. I draw from attachment therapies, person-centered care, brief psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and mindfulness techniques to support and guide my patients in building healthier emotional patterns and connections. Psychotherapy focusses on gaining insights about past and current relationships. I have advanced training in human development in addition to training in clinical psychology. My practice is designed for your comfort and accessibility. My office is fully wheelchair accessible with a well-lit entryway. I provide a free initial phone consultation. I will work with you to set up the Next Steps fund. I'm in-network with Aetna, Aetna Student Health, and United Healthcare Student Resources in Virginia. Usual Wait Time for First Appointment 3- 5 days / Available Slots: 4 days/ Monday through Thursday / TBS
