I provide eclectic psychotherapy for anxiety and depression. I have advanced training in human development as well as training in clinical psychology.

I support adults of all ages navigating panic, anxiety, depression, and family or relationship stress. I draw from attachment therapies, person-centered care, brief psychodynamic psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies to support and guide my patients in building healthier emotional patterns and connections. My practice is designed for your comfort and accessibility. My office is fully wheelchair accessible with a well-lit entryway. I'm in-network with Aetna, Aetna Student Health, and United Healthcare Student Resources in Virginia. Usual Wait Time for First Appointment 3- 5 days / Available Slots: 4 days/ Monday through Thursday / TBS
