(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I provide psychotherapy that focuses on gaining insights into patterns between current and previous relationships and using insights to promote growth.
In my practice, I work with young adults, adults, and older adults who are navigating panic, social anxiety, depression, or family related relationship stress. I draw from attachment-based therapies, person-centered care, and brief psychodynamic psychotherapy to support clients in building healthier emotional patterns and connections. My office is wheelchair accessible with mobility aid storage and a well-lit entryway. I'm in-network with Aetna, Aetna Student Health, and Medicare in Virginia and offer low-fee sessions starting at $80. Usual Wait Time for First Appointment 3- 5 days / Available Slots: 4 days/ Monday through Thursiday / TBS
