Elizabeth (Libby) Felling
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
In my office we'll work hard but also laugh a lot. I endeavor to understand thoroughly, to offer deep yet practical interventions toward your own goals.
I think of my therapeutic role as "trail guide." I walk the trail with you, leading where necessary but respecting where you want to go, offering information and experience to help you arrive safely. I am part of the experience but it's not my journey! I specialize in ADHD, complex trauma, and eating disorders, but I'm also good at helping people figure out what the [expletive] is going on without a diagnostic label. I offer warmth, humor, and sharp analysis of the big picture as well as the details to help you identify what's holding you back and how to move forward differently in a clear, meaningful way. I have fifteen years' experience in a wide variety of treatment settings. I offer responsiveness and flexibility in both treatment and scheduling, including evening hours. I am willing to be transparent about my identities and hope humbly to come to know yours.
