I believe in the transformative power of healing relationships and will support you on your unique path to wellness.

Hi, I’m Eli! I am a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based counselor who loves working with children, teens, and adults who are feeling stuck or are struggling with life's challenges. I believe that we are all connected; through healthy relationships and secure attachments, we can heal and become the most authentic versions of ourselves. I bring a warm, creative, and non-judgmental approach to the therapeutic space, incorporating mindfulness, somatic work, and expressive arts. Whether we are using play therapy to help a child navigate obstacles or using deep reflection to help an adult achieve their goals, I am dedicated to supporting your unique path to wellness with empathy and hope.
