Betsy has over 20 years of experience in mental health, wellness, and education. She is passionate about supporting patients seeking optimal health and well-being, healthy relationships with themselves or others, and those desiring inner joy and peace. Betsy uses a holistic, humanistic, and patient-centered approach using cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, strength-based therapy, and positive psychology to support each person’s unique needs. She also helps with academic issues, self-esteem, and technology addiction. Betsy enjoys yoga, gardening, cooking, history, metaphysics, spending time in nature and being with her family, friends, and pets.
