I am a licensed therapist with 15+ years of experience counseling teens, college students & young adults. I offer virtual or in person close to campus.

I specialize in supporting college students and young adults through the unique challenges they face during this pivotal stage of life. I understand how defeating it can feel to be stuck in negative thought patterns and how detrimental they can be to all aspects of your life. I help my clients navigate issues such as: anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and academic and career pressures (to name a few!) My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insights needed to navigate whatever is getting in their way, help them feel "unstuck" and be more present in all aspects of their life. I create a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions, and feel empowered to move forward towards their goals. I am strengths-based and solutions-focused in a genuine way, and allow space for humor and reflection. When things feel overwhelming it is sometimes hard to see a path forward, or even believe that there is one. I’m here to listen, offer insight, & even challenge you when needed, all while respecting where you currently are at and where you hope to be.
