Hi there! I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate mental wellness, especially with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. With a background in nursing and psychiatric mental health, I’ve supported patients through tough moments and now focus on offering compassionate, non-judgmental care. I work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs—whether that involves therapy, medication management, or both. I specialize in women’s health, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Therapy is a space where you can be heard, and I’m here to listen, support, and guide you toward a balanced life. I’m passionate about reducing mental health stigma and helping young adults feel confident in their care.
