Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. My areas of expertise are trauma, anxiety, perinatal, and chronic health.
Hello! I'm Elissa (she/her), a mental health therapist who helps women navigate complicated times in life - from moments of transition, career crossroads and fertility journeys to parenting challenges, perimenopause, health challenges and everything in between. Life transitions can be exciting, overwhelming, or both at once. Many of the people I work with are juggling multiple roles while also managing past trauma, stress, anxiety, or grief. Others are athletes, professionals or caregivers trying to show up at their best. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and calm along the way. In our first few sessions, we'll get to know you - what matters most, what's been hard, and what you're hoping for. Together, we'll create a roadmap for therapy that feels personalized and achievable. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach and we will decide what best resonates with you and your values. I'm passionate about this work because I know these approaches can truly help people feel better. I know therapy can be both a relief and a little intimidating at first. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can show up as yourself. We'll have some honest conversations (with some humor) and support you in moving towards the life you want to have.
