I believe that wellness can be found when we stop fighting against our mind and body and begin to listen to the message it’s trying to tell us. When I'm not seeing clients, I love to spend time outside — walking my dog around the lake, camping with my husband, sitting by a bonfire. I also love to get lost in a great book and am forever adding to my must-read list.
