Together, we will work on establishing goals and drafting a treatment plan that is unique to you, not just your diagnosis. My work is holistic in nature and mindfully tailored to you as an individual. I treat adolescents and adults and provide specialized family-based therapy for the treatment of eating disorders in the home. I specialize in treating individuals who express concerns about their eating or who feel dissatisfied with their bodies, including individuals with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder. In addition, I am comfortable treating mood and adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties and emotion dysregulation. Sometimes, we all need a little help to be our best selves.
