I help high-achieving students manage anxiety and improve their sleep so they can feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to handle life’s challenges.

Do you appear put-together but feel stressed, anxious, or exhausted on the inside? Maybe your mind won’t turn off at night, or you wake from stressful dreams. I help thoughtful, high-achieving adults — including college and graduate students — manage anxiety, improve sleep, and feel more grounded. I specialize in anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, and panic. My clients are typically motivated, responsible yet hard on themselves. They want practical tools and a space where they feel truly understood. My approach is warm, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a balance of structure and flexibility. I use evidence-based treatments such as CBT-Insomnia, CBT-Nightmares, EMDR for processing stuck material, and parts work for developing self-compassion. You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, sleep more deeply, and respond to stress with clarity and confidence. Clients often leave therapy feeling more patient with themselves, more self-aware, and better able to handle life’s challenges. If you’re ready to feel more peaceful and regain your emotional footing, I’m here to help.
