I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds.

Are you experiencing anxiety or panic attacks? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed and find yourself less motivated or energized to keep up with your daily tasks? I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep issues, or who want to work on relationships (friendships, family relationships, intimate relationships). I also work with students on re-processing difficult past experiences that may be having an impact on current functioning. I am trained in EMDR, a type of therapy that helps people to process difficult past experiences. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so that we can talk about what you want to work on in counseling, and I can answer questions you might have. That can help us decide if this is the right client-clinician fit. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email.
