Welcome! You have done the first (and most important) step of reaching out for help. Together we will keep taking one step at a time, in a pace that you feel comfortable with. Whatever brings you here, my hope is to treat every client with respect and provide guidance in a non-judgmental manner by focusing on your particular needs and strengths. There are variety of different therapeutic styles and techniques that I will use depending on your need(s) and situation(s). I primarily work with adults (ages 18+). For those interested, I also provide Christian faith-based therapy where we can incorporate spiritual practices into our sessions. My overall goal is to equip and empower you. Our first meeting will be to get to know one another and explore whether we would be a good fit, based on your needs.
