Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Latinx, first-gen Dominican-American bilingual therapist practicing from an inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens. Licensed in NC, NY & NJ.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive virtual therapy for adults in North Carolina, New York, and New Jersey. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, intergenerational trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My practice centers BIPOC, Latinx, first-generation, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, offering a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. I integrate Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process trauma at a deeper level—working with both the mind and body for lasting change. I also support college students and high-achieving professionals who are learning to balance cultural expectations, self-care, and personal fulfillment. All sessions are held securely via telehealth, making therapy accessible wherever you are.

Certified Brainspotting Practitioner
Brainspotting, LLC
Brainspotting is a focused, brain-body based therapy that helps access and process trauma, emotional blocks, and deeply held experiences that may be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy. This method supports healing by working with the brain's natural ability to reorganize and release unprocessed trauma, anxiety, and stress.
