I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.
I look forward to meeting you. I have worked with clients from diverse populations and social economic groups in a variety of outpatient, school, and academic research settings. My practice focuses on the integration of evidence-based therapies to reduce symptoms, distress and promote well-being. I draw primarily from Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is an approach to therapy supported by research and has been shown to be effective for a number of concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), insomnia, adjustment and relationship problems.
