I am a licensed professional counselor open to working with anyone facing obstacles related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Fayetteville, AR working with adolescents and adults facing obstacles related to depression, anxiety, and a history of traumatic experiences. As a humanistic and relationship focused practitioner, I believe it is my job to help you discover yourself and make meaning of your life and experiences. I specialize in working with clients facing issues related to religion and spirituality, gender and sexuality, and working with gifted and talented youth and adults. I am also trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative process. As a progressive and inclusive practitioner I believe it is my role to help you define your goals but not to define them for you. I would be glad to schedule a free consultation to help you decide if I am the right person for you to work with. I earned my MS in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas and my MDiv from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. I have been a practicing counselor for four years, and have worked in helping professions in some capacity for more than a decade. I have worked supporting people throughout the life span and have particular experience working with gifted and talented youth and young adults. I am new to private practice and excited to walk alongside others in this new setting.
