Marie Alexander-Hoth, PMHNP, helps patients in Utah find balance, healing, and hope through compassionate and evidence-based care. She provides support for children, teens, adults, and seniors, working with individuals and families through life’s challenges. At LifeStance Health, she offers medication management, tailoring treatment to meet each patient’s unique needs. Marie has extensive experience supporting patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and individuals with complex needs. She also provides care for individuals managing substance use and addiction, recognizing the importance of treating both mental health and physical well-being. Her background in health psychology allows her to understand the connection between mind and body, helping patients navigate complex medical conditions alongside their emotional challenges. She is particularly passionate about working with trauma, grief, and life transitions. Whether supporting a parent coping with postpartum depression, a veteran navigating PTSD, or someone experiencing the changes that come with midlife or later years, Marie provides a safe and supportive environment to process emotions and build resilience. She also welcomes individuals and families facing unique challenges such as school avoidance, sleep disorders, reproductive struggles, and psychosis, believing in a collaborative approach to recovery and wellness. In addition to her clinical work, Marie enjoys spending time with her spouse, adult children, and pets.
