I aim to remain culturally sensitive and open to what is priority for you. I believe your voice has value & I'm ready to listen.

It amazes me how many individuals living with Anxiety, a type of Mood Disorder, Dissociation, and/or other effects of Trauma often feel misunderstood and under-represented. Gaining awareness of this issue feeds my desire to assist others through clinical mental health therapy and/or Christian counseling. Yes, advocating for wholesome mental health is a stance I am committed to assisting others with. I can’t tell you how often I’ve learned of a beautiful human who has isolated themselves, harmed themselves, and more because they felt unseen, misunderstood, or identified as neurodivergent. I’m open to seeing you. Yes, You! The person behind the mask. I started Calm. Counseled. Thoughts., because I wanted to express as loud as I can that…YOU MATTER.
