Dr. Michael L Haney has over 35 years of experience specializing in child abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, crisis intervention, disaster behavioral and mental health response. He works with children, adolescents, and adults. He is an adjunct faculty at the College of Social Work at Florida State University. His work included international consulting with the National Foundation for Prevention of Cruelty to Children in Moscow, Russia, forensic interview training in Edinburgh, Scotland and child abuse consultation in Ireland. He is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Critical Incident Stress Manager, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Haney is an avid genealogist, loves fishing, and sports!
