Providing online mental health therapy for residents of Virginia and Washington DC through treatment, empowerment, and support.

There are times in life when it feels like you are barely keeping your head above water. Not a fun feeling! I specialize in serving first generation Latinx/a/o/e college students and professionals in finding healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and cultural stress. In addition, we work collaboratively to understand your thoughts and emotions while building upon powerful coping tools to manage your mental health. I look forward to helping you get your life back and to feeling empowered.
