I support individuals navigating identity, intergenerational healing, and life transitions by providing compassionate and culturally responsive therapy.

Hello there! My name is Donella Hedges, MS, LAC. I completed a 4-year clinical counseling program with an emphasis in trauma and hold an active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona. I am under the supervision of Mya L. Adams, M.Ed., LPC-S. I specialize in working with first-generation, multiracial and BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, military veterans, domestic violence survivors, and special needs communities. My work centers around identity exploration, helping clients navigate the complexities of cultural expectations, marginalization, and self-discovery in a world that often asks them to shrink. Together, we create space for your full story. As a first-generation multiracial (Filipino, Chinese, Mexican, Navajo, and Irish) therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities. Specializing in trauma, I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and welcomed on their healing journey. I’m here to support and guide you through whatever challenges life has presented. Let’s connect and see if I am the right fit for your journey! Billing questions? Call 480.447.6537
