Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety, and couples therapy using attachment-based and evidence-informed approaches.
I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, grief, and relational wounds. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful relationship patterns, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My approach is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system awareness, and evidence-based practices to help you move from survival patterns to secure connection — both within yourself and in your relationships. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we gently explore the deeper roots of anxiety, conflict, resentment, and emotional reactivity so lasting change can occur. What makes my practice unique is my whole-person perspective: I believe healing involves the mind, heart, body, and, when desired, the spiritual dimension. For clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith, I thoughtfully integrate psychology and spirituality in a clinically grounded way, while always honoring each person’s values and goals. Therapy can become a transformative space — not just for coping, but for becoming more whole — and you don’t have to do this alone.
