Welcome — I work with college students and professionals who feel stuck, unfocused, or overwhelmed — even though they’re high-achieving on the surface. Many of my clients are grappling with ADHD, anxiety, or perfectionism. They’re often driven, creative, and insightful — but still struggling to stay grounded, productive, or emotionally connected in the ways they want to be. Whether you're navigating academic stress, early career challenges, or ongoing cycles of burnout, you're not alone. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with advanced training in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. My approach combines a thoughtful, minimalist use of medications with in-depth therapeutic work to help you better understand yourself and reclaim agency in your life. My style is engaged, collaborative, and paced to your needs. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way — attention, mood, relationships, meaning — and work toward deeper clarity and more sustainable change. For many, this process is not just about “symptom relief,” but a more grounded and satisfying life. If you're curious about working together, I invite you to reach out.
