I am a holistic and spiritualistic therapist and I look forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Diane Maytas, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation, EMDR Certified Therapist, Art Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have a master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College and a bachelor’s degree in Education and postmasters in School Counseling from Youngstown State University. I am also a licensed educator in the State of Ohio. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and spiritualistic as I seek to increase self-awareness by helping to identify the connection between brain, emotions, and the physical self, while empowering clients through building on strengths, resilience, letting go of the past, and gaining a better understanding on the use of strategies to aid in grounding and increasing self-worth.
