I believe good relationship between client and counselor is the heart of effective therapy & improving client's self-efficacy is essential.

I believe good relationship between client and counselor is the heart of effective therapy. I totally agree that healing from mental health and addiction is possible by engagement in active self-compassion/mindfulness activities. Active self-compassion based therapy can help you develop a new and broader sense of yourself, your life, and your future. It is a way to bring back your spirit and reorient yourself to the person you are meant to be. My approach is about more than just being a listening ear. I'm willing to open up tough questions and help you create enduring and meaningful changes in life. I'm accepting clients who want personalized and challenging therapy experiences, wanting real feedback from their therapist.
