My goal is to be a helpful and caring presence on your therapeutic journey.

There is so much strength and courage in reaching out for help. My goal as a counselor is to provide mental health services to work towards improving your quality of life by making therapy feel more like a conversation than an interrogation and finding things that work best for you on your therapeutic journey. I work with adults with a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, and substance use disorders. I am also an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. I specialize in humanistic/person-centered therapy and motivational interviewing, and I love to utilize different skills and concepts from other therapy types too to tailor a therapeutic experience that's right for you. I even love trying out-of-the-box concepts, such as using Dungeons and Dragons! You know yourself and your needs better than anyone else does. I'd love to try to bring some clarity, balance, and peace into your life. Please reach out with any questions and/or to set up an appointment.
