Therapy in English & Spanish for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, family pressure and life changes.

I offer therapy in Spanish and English, grounded in warmth, respect, and deep cultural understanding. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. A space where you can speak freely, without judgment, and begin to reconnect with your interior—your heart, your voice, your path. I work with adults who may be facing anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, or major life transitions. I also support those carrying intergenerational stress, immigration-related struggles, or the invisible weight of trying to be the “strong one” in the family. Together, we can explore your experience, build on your strengths, and help you move toward clarity, peace, and emotional freedom. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, culturally responsive, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I adapt each session to your unique goals and values—always with empathy and care. Whether you’re just starting your healing journey or continuing it, I’m here to walk with you, with presence and compassion.
