My therapy style is both strength-based and client-oriented. I'd like to think of myself not as the person who holds all the answers, but as my clients' teammate in a journey together to understand problems and experiment with solutions. From goal setting to implementing changes and measuring progress, I enjoy a healthy balance between proactivity from my clients and facilitation from my professional experiences. In session together, we will attempt to identify relevant issues, understand significant impacts, and cultivate realistic ways to foster success. I try to encourage an open and safe space for my clients to share their thoughts and reactions throughout the treatment, so we can modify and tailor the experience to the client's comfort for the best possible outcome. In the past, I've worked in settings such as schools, law enforcement, social services, community mental health, and private telehealth.
