I specialize in addressing everyday life challenges, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral and social problems. My goal is to help you uncover the challenges that hinders growth and learn the tools to overcome them. I use a down-to-earth, relaxed approach to establish a trusting, collaborative relationship.
