Hi, I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. Having worked extensively with the US Army, I have a deep understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by veterans, active-duty military, and first responders. I also draw from my experience at Columbia University, where I provided clinical services and conducted research. This background has helped me work with diverse groups, including young adults and individuals dealing with grief, relationship issues, and personal transformation. I take a whole-person approach to care, valuing each person’s unique experiences and challenges. I started providing telepsychiatry because I believe that access to quality mental health care should be available to everyone, regardless of location. Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase of life, managing stress, or coping with deeper struggles, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you toward a healthier path.

Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
