As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with people who are struggling with life stages, family issues, anxiety, trauma, acculturation, cultural identity, substance use, and other stressors. If you are needing support in any of these areas, I will be happy to help you bright light to your strengths so you can overcome your challenges. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT therapy. In my practice, Cultivando Wellness, I strive to empower my community with education and therapy services to break the stigma of mental health. At this moment, I am accepting new clients for virtual appointments. Denise Jauregui offers online therapy in Arizona and is a Spanish-speaking therapist. She provides trauma therapy for teens, adults, and seniors, addressing issues like PTSD, anxiety, and racial identity. Denise is an LGBTQ-affirming therapist and supports immigrants and people of color. She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield and offers a sliding scale for payment.
