My favorite thing is to help clients see themselves with love, compassion and excitement. I love the process of moving from survival to thriving again.

I have a background working with college students in college and career counseling where I've helped students identify strengths and personalities. I've now shifted gears to add to my integrative approach where we would work together and consider the unique experiences, relationships, lenses, beliefs and skills that have shaped you. We will look at the messages you’ve internalized and the truths you want to fully believe. We will talk about skills you can use as you move toward a place of healing and wholeness. I believe in grace for ourselves and for others. We all have equal value and a voice worthy to be heard. I love working with young adults to help create a courageous life characterized by kindness to themselves and others. I also help build skills in areas such as: self-esteem, overwhelm, boundaries, anxiety, moderation, attachment, body image and weight, college counseling and planning. I love working with clients to discover a more compassionate understanding of themselves and others. When we make peace with ourselves, we can more meaningfully connect with those around us. When we have clarity about our past, we can be more present in the moment.
