Delia Hearon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in anxiety, depression, grief counseling and trauma. Delia believes that everybody, everywhere, deserves to live a happy and healthy life. A life beyond the grips of anxiety, tortures of depression, and trauma. A life full of productivity and filled with laughter. When this is not so, as often is the case in our lives, Delia is always driven by compassion to help the individual. This is Delia's passion and life’s mission. A Navy Veteran with over twenty years in the military, Delia possess a unique understanding of both the overt and the covert effects of trauma on our mental, physical, and spiritual lives. Aim to provide evidence-based care interventions for those experiencing anxiety, depression and grief. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Delia helps patients through education, identify lifelong techniques their cognitive patterns, have influenced their lives, as well as how best to take care of their mental health. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and currently, I work at Level One Trauma Center in the behavioral health unit with the Pediatric Psychiatry population.
