(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Work (LSCSW)
I'm an authentic, laid-back and welcoming therapist who is looking for clients who are willing to try unconventional strategies to heal.
My ideal client is age 10 or over, wants to explore making changes in their life, and sees therapy as a piece of that process. I love spontaneous and outside of the box thinkers, and clients who are willing to try unconventional strategies to heal. I have more than 10 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with Autism, ADHD, executive functioning concerns, high-functioning anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, and other disabilities. I am an LGBT+ affirming therapist and an ally of the community. I will provide psychoeducation and resources along the way so you can understand the work we do. I use a systems approach, and I'm trained in play therapy modalities. I involve parents in the process of understanding how to support their child throughout the process. I use an eclectic modality that is comprised of play therapy, solution-focused, strengths based and holistic approach (all rooted in evidence-based models). Sarcasm, humor and cussing are welcome. I am a neuro-divergent affirming therapist. Most of the time you'll see me in concert tees and jeans. I'm authentic, laid-back and welcoming. Your time in my office is valuable and I want you to get the most out of the sessions.
