Healing Begins with Being Heard We offer an integrative approach to therapy that seeks to heal the whole you.

As your therapist, I will help you explore, gain insight, search for meaning, and understand yourself. I provide therapy to individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and work-family balance. In my office, you will find a safe place to tell your story and to develop strategies to live life to the fullest. My approach focuses on psychodynamic principles, and I will help you explore and overcome unconscious barriers to life satisfaction. Together, we will sort out challenges that come along the way, gain a better understanding through insight, and empower you to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I believe that we learn and grow in the company of a support system. I am a certified clinical trauma professional. I work with patients in a collaborative, authentic, and non-judgmental setting, providing a comfortable, supportive environment so people can move forward in life with more confidence. I care about you!
