Welcome to ThinkWell Therapy Group. Working together, you will learn to understand yourself better and identify areas of challenge to work on. It will be hard work, but you are not alone. It's time to take the first step. We specialize in working with adolescents and adults with issues such a as Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Greif & Bereavement, and Life After Diagnosis. Together we will help you build better relationships, learn to live through grief after the death of a loved one and find the ability to move forward with hope and acceptance. We are glad you found us. You have the power to change the way you feel. We are here to help you when you are ready to make a change. It's important to understand that if you don’t take care of you, you can't take care of anyone else. Let’s begin the process of feeling better.
