35 years in practice

Life is hard, but we don't have to go it alone. I strive to provide support, guidance and healing along this bumpy road.

I've been practicing since 1990. My undergrad degree is in Theater, from UCLA, and I pursued an acting career for many years before I decided to change direction and become a therapist. I value and bring creativity and playfulness into the hard work of growth and healing. I use Internal Family Systems and somatic modalities as well as DBT and EMDR, and while I work with all kinds of people with all kinds of struggles, I specialize in disordered eating and body image concerns, and trauma.
